These shoes are gorgeous. I may have let out a little gasp when I unboxed them. The regency calf is such a beautiful brown. The photos make it look like there are reddish tones, but in person it is a rich dark brown. They feel luxurious with excellent construction including the Goodyear welt. These are shoes that wear in over a decade and just get better. When I finally have them resoled years from now I will probably choose something different than the Vibram, though these actually works very well and give them durability rather than daintiness. The inner leather is also quite supple and make me want to go sock less. Really fantastic to have barefoot shoes of this quality. Very well done.
