Cavalier

Tannery: Horween

Process: Hot stuffed with oils and waxes to give the leather a rich look with strong pull-up. Chrome tanned base and a vegetable retannage, slightly buffed for grain correction, then hand stained for additional color depth.

Process: The original pull-up leather. Chrome tanned base and a bark retannage, hot stuffed with a blend of natural oils and greases, then hand stained for additional color depth.

Janus Calf

Process: Full grain, chrome tanned calf skins with a full aniline finish. End result is a luxurious, silky suede with tight grain is water resistant.

Process: Full grain premium French calf, finished with hand-antiquing for color depth and a natural wax finish. Heavily plated for a smooth grain appearance. A fully aniline leather leather with rich, deep pull-up.

Waxy Commander

Tannery: C.F. Stead

Location: Leeds, England

Process: Proprietary tannage that infuses a blend of natural waxes and shrinks the grain structure by 25%. This creates a unique appearance when stretched over a last as well as improves water resistance.
