Ordering Custom Shoes
When you buy a Made to Order shoe, we walk you through the design process and your unique selection comes to life.
Each stage can take varying amounts of time, so be sure to read below.
Quick Notes
- MTO shoes and boots cannot be exchanged or returned, so please carefully consider your size. Size guide here.
- The timeline for MTO shoes can be anywhere from 2-4 months.
- The shoes have a choice of welt, the boots do not. All the boots are Goodyear welt by default.
The Process
Each step you are given some choices and there is information below each selection to help you determine what you want.
You will get an email roughly every 2 weeks to update you on what stage of manufacturing your shoes are in, and have a greater appreciation of the shoemaking process.
Once the shoes are complete, they are packaged up and they arrive in the US, where we do some last minute quality checks (if there are any issues we will remake your shoe for free at this point and notify you of the delay). Then they are shipped out to you the same day.

Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
